In 10 to 20 years, what careers will exist? How do we prepare for what we don’t know? We can speculate based on trends, known technological advancements, business growth needs, consumer demands, and by tracking career gains and loss statistics. But each day someone invents a better way or breaks down barriers, influencing what we thought would be the trend.
The one thing we can do is build educational, business, and community relationships that engage in learning beyond what we think their future brings. Successfully transitioning into and sustaining relevant career capability requires the ability to collaborate for the purpose of specific achievements.
